Ingredients: Fennel, eucalyptus, peppermint, spruce needles, spearmint, blackberry leaves, thyme, plantain, rosemary, anise, sage, sunflower & elder petals, gentian root.
Steeping Suggestions: Use one teaspoon (3g) of tea per 6oz cup of water. Steep at 100°C (212°F) for 3-8 minutes.
