Pai Mu Tan (White Peony)
This very slightly oxidized white tea has a more robust flavor than a highergrade white tea, very satisfying!
Caffeine Level: Low.
Ingredients: White Tea.
Steeping Suggestions: Use one teaspoon (3g) of tea per 6oz cup of water. Steep at 80-90°C (176-194°F) for 2-5 minutes.
