Sometime mistakes happen. If there has been an error with your order we will do our best to rectify, replace or reimburse you. We handle each order personally and individually as we are a small business and a small team. When it comes to shipping however, there is an extra-large margin of error and add Boarder Control for international packages to that equation as well as multiple shipping companies and we have very little control over service after you order leaves our hands. If you’re order goes missing we will refund you in full but we ask that you are patient with the process if your package gets delayed.
In terms of visiting our store: Tea as a food item cannot be returned but if you received the wrong tea for some reason or something wasn’t made clear on our part we will offer you another Tea choice to compensate. We ask you to show us a receipt where possible or help us find your transaction via another means such as the date/time of your purchase. We do our best to check breakable items at time of purchase (and do not ship breakables) but if you have a faulty or damaged item please let us know as soon as possible after you purchase and we’re replace the item or offer credit or refund you if no other option works. If the return is outside of 15 days from purchase date we may decline your request or pass you onto the manufacturer if applicable.
