Ingredients: cinnamon, echinacea root, ginseng powder, bamboo, rosehip, hibiscus, currents, dried apple and elderberries, cornflower petals, burdock root natural flavouring.

Steeping Suggestions: Use one teaspoon (3g) of tea per 6oz cup of water. Steep at 100°C (212°F) for 4-10 minutes.
