Ingredients: Green and black tea, blackberry leaves, ginger, rosehip, orange and lemon peel, apple pieces and natural flavouring and red peppercorns.
Steeping Suggestions: Use one teaspoon (3g) of tea per 6oz cup of water. Steep at 90°C (194°F) for 2-4 minutes.
