This tea has been created especially to help you go! A blend containing Senna to cleanse and promote regular bowl function its flavour is mild and gingery.

Caution: (Not recommended if you are taking any kind of medication, consult your DR before consuming Senna leaf.)

Caffeine Level: Low caffeine.

Ingredients:  Senna leaf, nettle, gyostemma, green tea, dried ginger and sage.

Steeping Suggestions: Use one teaspoon (3g) of tea per 6oz cup of water. Steep at 100°C (212°F) for 2-5 minutes.
