Ingredients: Dried apple, carrot, grapes, pineapple-(pineapple, sugar), hibiscus, beetroot, orange peel, lemongrass and natural flavouring.

Steeping Suggestions: Use one teaspoon (3g) per 6oz cup of water. Steep at 100°C (212°F) for 5-10 minutes.
