We offer free shipping within North America if you spend over $120.00 through our website. Please note these orders will be shipped as expedited packages.
We offer one free 50g bag of “Tea of the Month” to all our online customers who spend $50.00 or more through our website, excluding tax or shipping costs.

All shipping is completed by Canada Post, in most cases you will automatically receive an email containing tracking information for your package so you can track it through Canada Post’s website. (Sometimes these emails can be found in your junk folder)
Please be aware that we have no control over the timescale that our chosen shipping company Canada Post takes to deliver packages. We strongly recommend ordering extra early at peak holiday times to ensure you order arrives on time.
If you are unhappy with your order when it arrives for any reason please contact us right away. In most cases we are unable to accept returns with tea, we will however replace, exchange or credit any faulty or poor quality items if applicable.
Please note: we can only replace or exchange items bought at the store in the store but it is possible to arrange for items to be shipped at a cost. However we will not ship fragile or delicate items such as pottery or ceramic items.
We will contact you right away if there are any issues with your order such as out of stock items.
